All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared and handed over to our shipping carrier.

We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage from our fulfillment center in the United States.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
For orders without Protected Priority Shipping:

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier

Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance
For orders with Protected Priority Shipping:

We will provide a replacement order at no additional cost if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged
For delayed packages:

Please allow additional time before reaching out, as carriers may experience unexpected delays
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
If Shipping Protection was purchased, a replacement will be issued.
